A holding fee of one weeks' rent will be payable to secure the property. This will be deducted from the final balance payable upon moving into the property, subject to a successful application. If the application is successful, the following payments are to be made before commencing the tenancy.

These payments can be made by bank transfer (at least 48 hours prior to the start of the tenancy).
