House For Sale £350,000
Woodmanhurst Road, Corringham

Description
SELLERS INSIGHT *OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY 5TH AUGUST 10AM - 12PM STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT* This house has been our loving home for 17 years. We moved in with our son and our beautiful chocolate Labrador and then welcomed our second son soon after. It has seen us through both happy and sad times and we will take with us some wonderful memories of our home.

Our home has changed over the years and we have improved on the already spacious downstairs by adding a wonderful extension that is used by the whole family. It is a great entertaining space and one of our favourite areas. We have changed our back garden several times but I now love sitting in the sun or shade listening to the world go by. We planted a red Robin tree in our back garden which houses birds in the spring.
We love the access at the back of our house, which is fantastic for deliveries and of course moving in.

When we originally viewed the house, we were a little concerned about no drive, as this was on our 'must have' list. But because we loved the house we sacrificed the driveway. I'm glad we did as our little walkway make us feel a bit secluded and we have never had an issue parking.

The area is quiet, with friendly neighbours. Children play in the alleyway together of an evening and weekend. Walking distance to local shops, library, schools, cafes and restaurants and parks. We also have a huge coop two minutes round the corner.
Both my children attended the local schools and have done well. Doctors, dentists, pharmacies are also all within walking distance. The Bull pub is a favourite, ten minute drive, with a great atmosphere and fantastic food.

We have good transport links, with a bus stop almost on our door. The railway station is a 20 minute walk away or 5 minute drive. The bus also stops just outside the station. My husband has used both since we moved here.
Good, quick links to the A13, A127, A12 and M25.

We are sad to leave our home and the wonderful memories it has given us. We are going to stay in the local area but circumstances mean we will be moving my mum in with us. We know that whoever buys our property will be as happy as we have been and hopefully stay for the 15+ years we have.
