"We fell in love with this house and the area when we moved here thirty-six years ago. We had looked at a lot of properties but this one stood out amongst the others especially as it was close to town but still had a garden.

The other things that attracted us were the two very good schools to choose from close by, it was on a bus route with buses running to the town centre, seafront and Brighton station every fifteen minutes and that there was a parade of shops two minutes away including a general store, post office, off license, fish and chip shop and a Chinese.
