Prospective Tenants that have zero hour contracts, are self-employed, or have less income than the required amount may be able qualify for a tenancy by paying rent in advance, demonstrate the existence of savings or by adding a Guarantor to the tenancy. Guarantors must live in the UK, be related to the tenant and will be required to demonstrate an income of at least £54,000 per year.

Other referencing criteria will apply and checks will be made including a search of credit score, historical poor credit, IVA's and bankruptcy, employment checks, banking references and previous landlord references.
