Guarantors must live in the UK, be related to the tenant and will be required to demonstrate an income of at least £23,100 per year.

Other referencing criteria will apply and checks will be made including a search of credit score, historical poor credit, IVA's and bankruptcy, employment checks, banking references and previous landlord references.
