The new Ideal Logic combi boiler, which was installed in April 2022 and has a 6.5 year warranty remaining provides efficient heating and hot water on demand. The whole house was double-glazed in 2013 which explains why since then it has always retained a lot of its heat which is particularly useful during the winter months.

Downstairs, the kitchen is full of delightful memories of family meals being cooked and served in the adjacent dining room. The living room reminds us of the happy times spent there during various celebrations over the years with friends and families.

Upstairs, our 2 bedrooms had a king size bed each, huge wardrobes, a good size study table & chair and still had sufficient space for movement. There is also scope to extend and convert the loft into a living space although this would probably be subject to planning permission.

There is so much to love about this house, particularly for a first-time buyer. If it were not for family medical issues, we would not be looking to sell such a wonderful home in such a vibrant location.

A redecoration of the house was completed in March 2023 and a rental appraisal carried out thereafter gave a rental value of between £1,500-£1,600pcm. There are always several things that could be improved when someone looks to move into a new home and we know that this one is not an exception to the rule! That said, the house may also suit someone looking to buy and rent now or in the future especially since a few of the houses in the same row are already rented.
