It is located less than 10 minutes' drive from both Canterbury West and Canterbury East train stations, which provide a regular and direct train service into central London.
To the north of the Site is Spring Lane, and to the east of the Site is Barton Manor School. A railway line is located to south of the Site, whilst Pilgrims Road bounds the Site to the West. There are two existing access points to the site, one from Pilgrims Road to the west and one from Spring Lane to the north.
