The accommodation comprises of the following:
Entrance Hallway - Utility Room with WC, plumbing for a washing machine and space for a drier
Lounge/Dining Room/Kitchen with fitted electric cooker, hob and extractor - Two Double Bedrooms - Bathroom with shower Terrace - Driveway parking for one car.
Maintenance of the balcony/terrace and the area immediately surrounding the property, is the sole responsibility of the Tenant.
Tenants can have use of a communal shared garden, which the Landlords maintain.
Pets may be considered.
Please note that the loft at the property is not included in the tenancy.
In addition to the rent, there is a monthly charge, currently £80.00, for the Heating and Hot Water at the property, which will also be payable to the Landlord. This is subject to change if costs increase, however two months notice would be provided to the Tenant in such circumstances.
NOTE
The property is only initially available for 6 months, due to scheduled maintenance works required to the property, for which the property needs to be unoccupied. Therefore the Tenant would be required to vacate at the end of the fixed 6 months.
There would however be the option for the Tenant to move back into the property after such works; discussion regarding the same to be direct with the Landlord.
