House For Rent £1,200
Maple Rise, Whiteley

Description
This newly decorated two bedroom home is available at the beginning of February.  Being situated close to the Whiteley Shopping Centre and business parks you'll be well placed to enjoy everything that this area has to offer including a cinema, shopping centre and leisure centre. The front door of the property leads into a small entrance area with doors to the ground floor cloakroom and sitting room.  The sitting room has a decorative fireplace and provides access to the kitchen/dining room.  Here you will find the kitchen area stocked with cupboards and an integrated fridge/freezer as well as a washing machine and, of course, an oven and hob.
Notably, the staircase is uniquely positioned in the kitchen, guiding you to the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper level. The master bedroom boasts the convenience of an en-suite shower room, which will be upgraded prior to the commencement of the new tenancy. The second bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe, offering additional storage space. The clean and tidy bathroom features a shower over the bath.

Step outside through the sliding doors to the garden, where you'll find a patio area, complemented by a well-maintained lawn and a shed for your convenience.  An allocated parking space is conveniently situated at the rear of the property, offering a potentially quicker route to the house, as the front entrance is accessed via a slope. Don't miss the opportunity to make this delightful home your own.
