We have loved living in this house for over 26 years and have benefitted from growing up in the lovely, welcoming community that is Vicars Cross. As children we were lucky enough to be able to walk to school and had a choice of local parks just down the road to play in and walk the dogs. There is a great choice of restaurants and pubs within walking distance, and the city centre is just a short walk down the canal. There's also a great choice of local gyms. There is easy access to the motorway, so it's been an ideal location for us to commute to Manchester and weekends away in North Wales. The garden gets plenty of sun, so we have loved entertaining and having BBQ's in the summer.
