The Seller's View

Waverton, and in particular Fox Lane, is a great community to be part of, everyone on our street is so friendly. The house is in a great location too: walking distance to local schools, shops and pubs. The next village, Christleton, is a 20 min walk down the canal and there are plenty of rural and suburban dog walking routes on the doorstep to discover too! The house itself has a south facing garden so gets the sun all day and we’re surrounded by hedges and trees so it’s very private. We’ve done the front driveway in the last 2 years so have lots of space for us and visitors to park. The office pod we put in about a year ago has really changed how we live in the house for the better. We both work from there which is great for keeping work totally separate from the house. The kids love movie nights down there too! We also added outside power sockets and a large storage area so there’s plenty of space for bikes, tools and gardening gear.
