Tenders - Tenders are invited by 12:00 noon on the 1st March 2024.

All Tenders should be returned to the Stags Wellington office in a sealed envelope marked 'Home Farm Tender'.
The bid should clearly state the amount of annual rent tendered in pounds sterling. The Tender Form should be accompanied by a summary of the Tenants farming background, current farming operations and proposed farming system. The Landlord is under no obligation to accept the highest, or any Tender.

Directions - From Wellington, head south on Ford Street/Hemyock Road for 2.0 miles, before turning left onto Blackdown Hills Road. Continue for a further approximately 2.0 miles before turning right onto Downlands Lane. For access to the western most parcels of Lot 1, turn left after approximately 0.5 miles and continue for a further 450ft. Parcels 4788 and 4879 can then be found to the left and right-hand side of the road. For access to Lot 2 via parcel 4533, continue along Downlands Lane for approximately
1.2 miles, where after the land can be found on the left- hand side of the road.

The landowner reserves the right to utilise field parcels 3723, 4322, 4429, 4533 and 4922 within Lot 2 for the purpose of hosting simulated game shooting for a maximum of 20 days during the months of March through to August.

Wayleaves, Rights of Way, etc
The property is let subject to and with the benefit of any wayleave agreements in respect of any electricity or telephone poles, wires, stays, cables, etc or water or drainage pipes, etc either passing upon, over or under it. The property is also let subject to and with the benefit of any public or private rights of way or bridleways.
