Thoughtfully designed, this property boasts an enviable familial haven, tucked away in a tranquil cul-de-sac. The opulent entrance hall introduces an expansive lounge with sliding patio doors unveiling a picturesque south facing garden, a dining room with its own patio access, and a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring integrated appliances such as double eye-level ovens, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. A utility room adds practicality to the layout.

Navigate back to the hallway, revealing four generously proportioned double bedrooms, three of which boast en-suite shower rooms and built-in wardrobes. A sizable single bedroom and a luxurious family bathroom complete the interior sanctum.

Externally, a splendid front garden offers ample parking and access to a double garage with a 7kw electric vehicle charging point. The rear, south-facing garden is a private oasis with lush lawns, mature shrubs, trees, and a paved patio-an idyllic setting for al fresco gatherings. Convenience is elevated with outdoor electric sockets both at the front and rear of this enchanting abode.

Sellers Story - We feel very lucky that we had the wonderful experience of having our house built on the land we owned on Stonehaven Drive. We had The Haven, 9A Stonehaven Drive, Finham built by a local builder following and meeting all planning and building regulations in 2004.

The house occupies an enviable position at the head of Stonehaven Drive, secluded enough to feel wonderfully private, with well-maintained south facing mature gardens that back onto other gardens providing a sense of security but as the other houses are so set back, our garden is not overlooked. We knew this would be the ideal location to build our home and bring up our children

We worked with the architects and had the house made to take advantage of the south facing gardens and views of the lovely gardens from the lounge, the dining room and from the kitchen. The southerly aspect brings sunlight into the house all day long. The house also provides parking for over seven cars and the house itself is so spacious in the hallway and all the rooms, it feels very comfortable and easy to move around and live in. We wanted to, and built a house with large spacious living and dining areas, enough comfortable bedrooms for any family to fit into, and we wanted as many rooms to have en-suites as possible as this adds to living in comfort and convenience.

We believe Finham is a wonderful area with a wonderful community. Finham Primary and Secondary schools are regarded as one of the best schools in Coventry and houses in the Finham catchment area are highly desirable. Our house is within the Finham school catchment area and our children attended Finham Primary and Finham Secondary School and Sixth Form making wonderful lifelong friends.

Although we love the whole house, we find the south side of the house with the lounge that leads to the dining room via double doors, the favourite part of the house. Its south facing aspect to the mature gardens provides a wonderful view and with the double doors open between the lounge and dining rooms provides great space for holding parties or events with the extended family and friends. Additionally when the patio doors are opened in the lounge and dining room, this provides easy access to the south facing gardens providing even further space.

We have had many memorable events including anniversaries, birthday parties in the house accommodating a large family and friends and we have also had large parties, BBQ's and family/friend gatherings in the south facing garden which was perfect for the children and bouncing castles for them to play on. The kitchen being on the south side of the house, next to the dining room and having direct access to the garden was perfectly placed to make it convenient to cater for the indoor and outdoor garden events.

Mostly we have enjoyed living in the house as a loving family home, where our children have grown up and we have all created wonderful memories with our family and friends. Our family and friends still comment on how much they have enjoyed spending time with us in our home.

We will miss the house in many ways, the beautiful gardens, the spacious lounge with the large patio doors looking out to south facing gardens that are so sunny in the summer, the warm open fireplace in the lounge, the dining room for entertaining and the separate seating area looking out to the garden.

We are moving as we feel we would like to look at new opportunities further afield as we don't need to be within a school catchment area anymore as our children have now grown up.
