Built in 2022 this property occupies a prime position within the Malvern Rise development, overlooking the central green, with views of the Malvern Hills and a south facing landscaped garden. The house itself is the highly popular “Foxford” design, with abundant natural light, large windows, and an excellent layout, one of just three in this development that overlooks the green.

The house has undergone an extensive programme of upgrades inside and out, done to exacting standards and resulting in a truly ‘turn key’ property, ready to move in to, without the fear of snagging issues associated with many new build houses.

The detached garage has been converted into an excellent studio space with high quality fixtures and fittings including WIFI controlled heating and air conditioning, and the entire roof space has been boarded and insulated for storage. The beautifully landscaped rear garden has been taken back to bare ground and landscaped with new drainage system, armoured electricity supply, large Indian sandstone patios and paths bordered with attractive oak sleepers, raised flower beds and exterior lighting.

The development known as Malvern Rise is situated just off St Andrews Road in Malvern. A much admired location renowned for its excellent access of a broad range of amenities within 1 mile including: six schools (1x high school, 2x independent schools, and 3x primary schools), Malvern Common, Great Malvern Train station, 2x Gyms, and a broad range of shops at Barnards Green.

Great Malvern is within walking distance, the commercial, cultural and historic heart of this eminently popular Spa town. There are numerous amenities including Malvern theatre complex, Waitrose supermarket, numerous independent and chain shops, cafes, restaurants, public houses, banks, takeaways and a Post Office.

Malvern enjoys excellent transport links with two mainline train stations offering direct links to Worcester, Birmingham, London, Hereford and South Wales. The M5 motorway (J7), and the M50 motorway (J1) approximately 9 miles and 11 miles respectively, providing easy access to the midlands, South West and South Wales.
