All Tenders must be submitted via a sealed envelope marked ‘Land and Buildings forming Rolser Bridge Farm’ to Kivells, The Matford Centre Matford Park Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 8FD.

CONDITIONS OF TENDER
The Land and Buildings forming Rolster Bridge Farm is being sold by Formal Tender. An emailable copy of the formal tender pack will be available shortly from the selling agents. The pack will contain the legal documentation with regard to the property, as well as useful further information including searches.

When submitting a tender on Monday 22nd April 2024 by 5.00pm, a deposit cheque equivalent to 10% of your offer will also be required. Whilst the vendor is not obliged to accept the highest or any offer, if one of the offers is accepted, the agents/solicitor will sign the tender/Memorandum of Sale whereby there will be a legally binding agreement with exchange of contracts taking place.
