House For Sale £400,000
Oxford Street, Totterdown

Description
"We have loved living on Oxford St for the past 8 years. We've enjoyed how open and airy this house is, with generously sized rooms and plenty of storage. There's a great creative community around us, people are very friendly and the location is excellent. We are within walking distance of the City Centre, the Harbourside, Victoria Park, Perret's Park and Bristol Temple Meads. We have spent a lot of time in Victoria Park, meeting friends in the sunshine for picnics, playing with our daughter and enjoying all of the green space right on our doorstep. There are a number of fantastic local independent restaurants and cafes nearby, our favourites being Bank, The Sundial Kitchen and Hart's Bakery.
We hope that the next owners will enjoy the house and location as much as we have."

Oxford Street is an attractive residential street in Totterdown, adjacent to the beautiful Victoria Park and just North of Perretts Park. This quiet street has the best of both worlds, with a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and independent shops on Wells Road, as well as the open green spaces of South Bristol. Places on Wells Road, such as Fox & West, an independent cafe and greengrocers selling a diversity of local produce, Southside Bar and Farrow's Fish & Chips offer some of the best options in the city. Green spaces are in plentiful supply, with Arnos Vale being an idyllic Victorian garden cemetery with the cafe at its heart, the incredible views of Perrett Park, as well as the 50 acres of Victoria Park. Totterdown offers easy access to and from the city, with Bath Road offering an easy link to Bath, the Portway taking you to the M5 and the M32 to the M4 and beyond. Temple Meads Train Station is also a short walk or cycle away, offering connections nationally. Travelling southwards, you find yourself in the Mendips, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

A lovely two bedroom mid terrace house with original features throughout. Downstairs there is a living room to the front, with wooden floors and feature fireplace. The rear has been opened up to create a lovely family space with dining which opens up to the kitchen at the rear. Both the dining room and kitchen have doors to the rear garden which has raised beds, a lawn area and patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
