OWNERS INSIGHT

When we were looking to move we made the decision to have a lifestyle change and relocate to Torquay. We visited the town to start our search, happened to stay near Wellswood and took a stroll through the shopping parade. As soon as we did this we immediately realised that this was the location for us! The shops would admirably cater for our everyday needs and we loved the ‘village’ atmosphere. As soon as we walked into the apartment we had ‘the right feeling’ and knew that this was to be our next home. The property provided us with the accommodation we needed and the lovely views over the communal gardens were ideal. Having had the opportunity of living here we can confirm that our initial impression was so very correct, and it has provided us with an extremely comfortable home, which we have spent time and effort improving further. Greenacres will always retain a special place in our heart, and hopefully the new owners will appreciate life here as much as we have!
