There is a nice modern shower room, with sinks and toilet. There's also plenty of storage for towels etc....
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except food) to move straight in.

All domestic bills are included. This includes Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water Rates.
A cleaner will attend the property on a regular basis to monitor and maintain standards in the communal areas such as kitchen, and bathroom etc.. Our cleaner will not enter or clean your room. She is not there to wash up your dirty plates. She will monitor food left in the fridge/freezer and dispose of out of date items.
We have a 24/7 Tenant Support Line for Maintenance Issues so you know things that require attention will be dealt with promptly and efficiently in priority order.
