The property will ONLY be sold under Auction contract terms, that means if a pre-auction offer is made and acceptable the buyer must exchange the auction contract immediately and pay a 10% non-refundable deposit and the buyers premium. Completion is usually 28 days thereafter.
Once the legal pack is ready this can be supplied via e-mail directly to possible bidders solicitors. Offers will need to be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding, with proof of FUNDING.
