Sellers Comments

This has been our family home since 1972, we've enjoyed living in the house, the neighbourhood and the local community all this time. Berkeley Road is a great place to live, one of the nicest locations in Kenilworth we think, it's just 5 minutes walk to Kenilworth old High Street for local shops, pubs, restaurants and the Abbey Fields park. The house was built in the 60's and is more spacious and light than you may find in more recent construction. A range of improvements have been carried out , to the kitchen, bathroom, insulation/double glazing and including the addition of a conservatory. There are ample built-in cupboards and generous loft space. The garden is of manageable size and has some lovely mature shrubs as well as a sunny patio area.
