House For Sale £300,000
Rosevear Place, Newton Leys, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Description
Why buy this home?

As you enter there is a handy WC on the right hand side which has a window and is perfect for hanging coats keeping them hidden away. Different to most two bedroom houses in Newton Leys, this home's kitchen is separate to the living space.

The kitchen itself has grey high gloss units and light worktops giving it a lovely two-tone premium feeling. Integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as an integrated gas hob and AEG oven.

The main living space can comfortably fit a dining table and chairs as well as sofa and coffee table. Being separate to the kitchen makes this a more cosy space and also offers the opportunity for a storage cupboard under the stairs. The French doors that lead on to the garden are flanked by two windows which allow extra light into the home.

The master bedroom is an impressive size and has an ensuite, which is great for when friends or family stay as they can have use of the main bathroom. The bathroom has neutral tiles surrounding the bath and an overhead shower with a glass shower screen. The second bedroom is a good size double with an alcove for wardrobe freeing up floor space. This could also be used as a guest bedroom or a home office.

Parking is provided by two side by side spaces as well as having ample communal parking also available.
For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston. Newton Leys Pavilion is now open and has daily classes such as Five Star Fitness, Badminton, Amy's Dance Academy, Zumba and Yoga. There is also a community hall and meeting rooms, making it ideal for parties and private functions.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Barbers & Ice cream parlour and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. The Turing Key pub opened its doors at the end of April 2019 and has already become the heart of the community.
