The Seller's View

We've loved calling Melkridge Close home. So convenient for schools, the city, station and Hoole's independent shops and restaurants. The extension was a game changer. It's been used as a dining room, conservatory, home office, break out room for the kids and their friends and currently a music room. It's now time for us to move on and we look forward to welcoming new owners. We hope they enjoy living there as much as we have.
