Land For Sale £50,000
Perry Mill Lane, Nr. Henley-In-Arden B95

Description
2.87 acres of permanent pastureland with gated lane frontage will be offered for sale by public auction (subject to prior sale, reserve and conditions) at 6:30pm on Tuesday 16th July 2024 at The View, Hill Farm Marina, Stratford Road, Wootton Wawen, Warwickshire, B95 6DE.

This handy parcel of permanent pasture has excellent gated access and frontage to Perry Mill Lane, Ullenhall, with a myriad of quiet country lanes directly accessible in the locality, without having to cross a main road, and thus perfect for the equestrian enthusiast. The land lies in one ring-fenced block, divided into two enclosures by a brook.

The land comprises old established permanent pasture, with a number of mature hedgerow trees, both on the boundaries and where the brook bisects the land.

Situated on the outskirts of Ullenhall, the land is within easy driving distance of Birmingham and the national motorway network. Henley-in-Arden lies approximately 1.5 miles due east, whilst Redditch is some 2 miles west. Alcester and Stratford-upon-Avon are within easy reach, whilst the national motorway network via M42 J3 and A435 dual carriageway gives easy access to Birmingham city centre, yet the land lies within quiet rolling Warwickshire countryside.
