This is a detached annex which is located next to/ opposite a family house there is parking for two cars if needed we work on a complete privacy basis .
The property is cleaned every third day if extra cleaning is required there is a surcharge of £25 per clean
Refundable deposit of £200.00 is required along with a scan or photocopy of a current driving licence or passport or each Guest
The deposit will be kept in a ring fenced company business account and refunded back within 24hhrs of checkout
