Opposite Southwark tube in Zone 1 in a buzzing central London area near the South Bank. You are surrounded by transport links of all kinds and exciting cafes, restaurants and theatres.

Very central but for a bit of quieter relaxation you're also overlooking leafy, green, Nelson Square on the other side of the flat from your own large balcony. It's south facing so gets a lot of sunshine and very bright and airy. One small pet might be allowed depending on what it is.

It's only on the first floor so most people don't bother with the lift but it's very conveniently next door to the flat if you need it. There is a double bedroom, separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The large balcony is off the living room. The neutral decor with white walls and tiled floors is ready for you to add your personal touches and make it home. There is entry-phone security with an intercom so only approved guests can enter the building. It's available for a long term let.

The last three lots of happy tenants but the current one, stayed 3 years each and only left to buy their own property. The flat looks very slightly different now to some of the photos with new cream coloured curtains and various slight differences as photos were taken during different tenancies and it's hardly ever empty as it is snapped up quickly - but it's ready for your personal touches. On the map with the postcode the marker comes up in the wrong place - it's actually almost on the actual corner of Blackfriars Road and Union Street. Buses stop right outside going in all directions frequently. Southwark tube is just across the road and Waterloo station a short 7 minute stroll down The Cut. The location is absolutely brilliant for entertainment and socialising and you have Tescos and Sainsbury's over the road in The Cut as well as M & S food at Waterloo station. In fact there are many supermarkets dotted around within walking distance. There are just too many good things to mention here about the amazing location and of course the South Bank and Covent Garden are wonderful places to walk around in too. It's so easy to get to anywhere from here!

Just for reference the EPC was done before double glazed windows were installed so the rating would now be better than shown when the EPC was done with single glazed windows.

No fees apply. No offers please - the rent hasn't increased in years but costs including service charges and building costs have risen dramatically. The rent of £1300 pcm excludes bills - the tenant pays for gas, electricity, water and council tax which are always in the tenant's name. Landlord pays service charges and British Gas maintenance contract.
Looking forward to hearing from you if you'd like a viewing!
