After viewing a property and deciding to apply to rent it you will be required to provide personal and financial details, ranging from name and address to occupation and salary. Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
