The property has been a great investment and would still be a good place to live as Sydenham has a lively community spirit. The outside space is a real benefit for the area where you can enjoy summer entertaining. The maisonette has character including exposed brick walls and wooden flooring, the location is excellent for shopping, eating out and it's an easy commute into central London.
