*** Vendors comments *** " We bought the property in 2000 as it had an adjoining yard and warehouse which we needed for our business. It was also nearby to our elderly parents, which was comforting.
We totally renovated the house from top to bottom before moving in 2003. A new roof, new windows, new plasterwork throughout along with the electrics and plumbing. We extended the ground floor at the back with a single-storey extension. We also had a loft extension in 2013 to give us two bedrooms, a shower room and storage.
It was a lovely house to live in, a real family home. Although our family had grown up and married they were never away and all spent time with us. Our grandchildren stayed with us frequently and all loved it here. Our elderly parents also loved to stay here with us.
We lived in the house very happily for 20 years but sadly had to move due to my husband being wheelchair dependent due to an accident and needing more suitable accommodation. We moved into a bungalow adapted for him which was built in the builder’s yard next to the property".
