Falcon Way, Bracknell, Berkshire
Seller View ...
I purchased Falcon Way as my first flat for a number of reasons. I really like the area. Jennett’s Park is very quiet with lots of green areas to go for walks/runs and is a lovely, safe community to be part of. The flat is very well sized for a one-bedroom property, a lot bigger than I was seeing in a lot of the properties that were coming on the market. Also, it is easily commutable to Bracknell centre and Wokingham where I grew up or to get on the M3 which I needed for work. It has been great to live in and has everything that I have needed within walking distance with a co-op on the ground floor of the block.
I am now selling because I am moving in with my girlfriend with a view to buying a property together.
Agent & Area View ...
What a spot, this flat is not only spacious but has so much going for it, its well-presented, beautifully cared for and has access to amenities on your door step.
Most one-bedroom flats don't come with as much space as this, the accommodation allows for you to fit sofas, a dining table or desk if you work from home, a huge double bedroom with space for a king bed and freestanding storage, along with a deceptively spacious bathroom with offers a bath and a separate shower.
Positioned centrally in Jennett's Park you are blessed, as the seller quite rightly says, with access to Co-op and within a short walk of green open space to go running or for walking around. Only a five-minute walk away you are on the doorstep of East Park Gym, what more could you ask for?
Act quickly, this won't hang around for long.
