KELL SYKE LAITHE (Lot 1)
The Barn has planning approval under Application No. C/16/26 for conversion to create a three bedroom dwelling with a total floor area of c.148.57m2 (1599.19ft2) and a two bedroom dwelling with a total floor area of c.75.39m2 (811.49ft2). The planning permission has been implemented which is confirmed by a lawful development certificate. The planning consent is subject to a Section 106 agreement restricting the use of the properties to local occupancy or holiday let. THE LAND
