Damage Deposit: 1 week’s rent for “zero deposit scheme” or 1 months rent for “Tenancy Deposit Scheme”.
During the tenancy
Payment of agreed monthly rent
Payment of £25.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
Payment of £50.00 if you want to change the tenancy agreement.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
During the tenancy (payable to provider) if permitted and applicable
Television License if watching Live TV in own room. (Only with reference to houses of multiple occupancy)
