Description:
Access is over a Stonebridge, wide enough for a tractor, to pasture land which then gives access to OS 9251. The successful purchaser will be granted access to the land being sold, via Tymawr farmhouse, for a period of 6 months from completion, to open up the overgrown tracks. There is a small quarry at point Q which is more than sufficient to provide stone for surfacing.

Those interested can view from Tymawr farmhouse, as the original access route is overgrown. A quad bike may be useful for this purpose. Access to Tymawr Farmhouse is directly off the A470, as coloured brown on the attached plan.
