The open plan living area presents a custom made Italian designer sofa, to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the grounds. Following into the kitchen which is well-equipped with high quality units and high spec appliances to enhance your cooking experience. The lodge benefits from two double bedrooms, comfortable accommodating four people, one of which featuring an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms offer king size beds, furniture sets, smart TVs and a walk-in wardrobe. The main bathroom comprises of a sleek three piece suite including a bathtub, accommodating all family members and guests. The decked entertaining terrace is an incredible part of this lodge, with a large rustic waney edge dining table, Ooni gas pizza oven and gas BBQ for all your al-fresco dining parties during the summer months. The current owners favourite part of the lodge is this Skagaard Swedish wood fired hot tub for 8 people with an outdoor weatherproof television, perfect for special occasions. Owners and their guests have free access to Club facilities at anytime. Including the use of the heated swimming pool, floating sauna on the lake, paddle boarding, wild water swimming, tennis courts, bio gym, rowing boats and canoes.

LOCATION
Fritton is a village in Norfolk, situated 5 miles south-west of Great Yarmouth and 6 miles northwest of Lowestoft. It is only 11 miles south of the city of Norwich and is home to a 70 acre common surrounded by old oak trees. Fritton Church, St Catherine, has a round tower and a fine rood screen that dates back to the 1500's. There are schools, pubs, beautiful walks and hospital/doctors nearby. Fritton Lake is the heart of the village and is a family run private holiday club which offers adventures in nature including wild swimming, trail running, yoga, great local food and a positive life-changing impact on the environment. Fritton Lake is a family run private holiday resort, on Norfolk's Somerleyton Estate, and is currently run and resided at Somerleyton Hall by Hugh Crossley, the 4th Baron Somerleyton.
