Orpington is a town within the London Borough of Bromley, forming the south eastern edge of Greater London within the boundary of Kent.
Shopping and leisure facilities are plentiful in Orpington, with the Walnuts Shopping Centre, a library, the state of the art Odeon cinema, and the Nugent Shopping Park providing a variety of shops. This is all in addition to the facilities in Orpington’s High Street. Orpington also has a number of supermarkets, including two superstores. A varied selection of leisure pursuits can be undertaken at The Walnuts Leisure Centre, which includes swimming pools, a gym, a multi-purpose sports hall and squash courts.

Orpington benefits from good transport links, with trains from Orpington offering services to London’s Charing Cross, Cannon St. And Victoria stations, Tunbridge Wells, Hastings and Sevenoaks; whilst buses provide links to destinations such as Bromley, Chislehurst, Crystal Palace and Lewisham.
